Service Description
Companionship: Social and recreational engagement or care-partner respite offered by trained professionals, catered to you. Mobility Training: Physical activity and movement plans developed to target your goals based on your needs and abilities. Home Support: Light housekeeping, pet care, meal preparation, and home maintenance to ensure your comfort and safety.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. We will send a confirmation email within [timeframe]. Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your final balance. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice). No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of their service. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 house in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests or modifications to your service at least 2 days prior to your appointment. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via e-transfer, cheque, credit card, cash.
