Volunteering, fundraising and participating in local charity initiatives are a great way to get involved in your community and garner a sense of purpose and belonging.

Golden Age Management recognizes the significance of vocational and occupational health among the other dimensions of wellness. We encourages clients, care-partners and the broader community alike to incorporate work that brings joy into your life. Finding a career or volunteer position that is in line with your values promotes personal satisfaction and self-fulfillment.
Although Golden Age Management is a registered business, we place great importance on community involvement, volunteer work and charity.
We understand the positive impacts, both personally and professionally, of community participation. We offer a variety of services to support clients in integrating into their community and collaborate with many local non-profits that offer opportunities that stimulate the various dimensions of health and well-being.
The Grand River Council on Aging is one of the local charities that we work closely with and believe to be an incredible resource for the aging community in the Brantford and Brant County, Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation regions.
"The Grand River Council on Aging is a registered charitable non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging an “age-friendly community” for all residents “from 5 to 105”. An age-friendly community optimizes opportunities for health, participation and security in order to enhance quality of life as people age."
