About the event
Engaging seniors in a meaningful activity generates positive feelings. Crafting, music, and creativing writing  are recreational activities that are therapeutic and give seniors a sense of purpose. They also elevate mood and emotional health by eliminating stress.
This Creative Workshop Series is not only intended to provide recreation and leisure, Â but increased social connection and community engagement. Join with a friend or make some new ones there! These workshops are intended to be playful and support beginner levels.
Join us on on August 16th to ulock your dreams and aspirations with our Vision Board Collage workshop. This session is designed to help you visualize and plan your goals using the power of collage. Enjoy a guided mediation to evoke inspiration, then gather creative images and words to create a personalized vision board that reflects your hopes and dreams. This activity is perfect for sparking creativity and motivation.
Each individual session in the Creative Workshop Series is $40, or save $40 when you sign up for all six workshops and pay $200.
